An award-winning pub & restaurant with breath-taking views in the pretty village of Colne Engaine on the Essex & Suffolk border. The pub which is over 500 years old retains many of the building’s original features throughout the bar and restaurant and has a long standing tradition of hospitality, quality and service. A stunning terrace with views over the Colne Valley is ready to be enjoyed all year round, with heating and shelter for the colder months. Alongside delicious traditional pub food, the menu includes modern exciting dishes all prepared on the premises and has a reputation for a special Sunday Roast.
